Spring 2012 First Impressions- Upotte!!
As the anime started, I heard the cheesy sounding school flute tune, then these 4 girls just appeared and talked to each other sideways, in the most awkward way possible.
“This is Xebec, after all…” I told myself. However, despite that horrid opening, I find myself conflicted and divided as to what I think about the show.
Anime Blog Carnival – “What makes a 10/10 Anime?” by Valence.
While my laptop’s at the shop for the next few weeks days thanks to an unfortunate coffee spillage, I guess I can only write meta for now. Seeing as how @fkeroge invited himself to this ‘Anime Blog Carnival’, I guess that I can, and should, do the same too.
12 Hours of Anime (Complete ver.)
*thrashes the old post*

I was supposed to write a “12 hours of anime” on Christmas itself but I spent too much time doing irrelevant things (like drawing the above, playing Sengoku Basara and sleeping) thus, post is postphoned until I get back home from celebrating X’mas. Which should be in approximately 12 hours; perfect for the post eh?
Meanwhile, wishing all a Merry Xmas and if you guys are reading this, please do go out, get a life and stop being a recluse at home.
Post after the page break~
My only legitimate 12 Days post – Day 1-12: My 12 most memorable anime moments
This year had a lot of things to be remembered for this year, and a measly list of twelve won’t do it justice. However, due to me being a guy who has a case of perpetual amnesia, I have forgotten most of these “memorable” moments. So instead, this short list will include 12 scenes, characters, music and shenanigans that left the most impact for me (read: that I haven’t forgotten) this 2011, be it good, bad, or downright disturbing.
Surely you already know by now that this list may contain spoilers from several anime that aired this year, right?

Teacher’s Day Nominations 2011
This was just something that I did last year on my old blog/I was stuck in a writer’s block so I thought why not do this again.
teachers day happens to fall on the first Friday of every September here in Singapore and students often go all out in getting presents and stuff (like my classmate who’s baking cookies…). It is nice to show appreciation for such people once in a while. Teachers are wonderful people who dedicate their life to a stable job (here in SG anyway) in the civil service, educating the young (IMO, a lost cause). I mean would you dedicate spend your life trying to make obnoxious youngsters learn? Well, maybe pedophiles would but anyway…
I have MOUNTAINS of homework that I’m not touching.
What kind of post titles attract more readers?
While I would have liked to spend the rest of the night trying to play a decent round of TF2 before the server disconnects me, duty calls. Lately, I’ve been carrying out an experiment, to see which kinds of titles attract more readers.
Endings
So here it goes, my very first post on AOIA.
The final episodes of noitaminA’s Anohana and [C]is out as we reach the end of the spring season, both finales were equally mind blowing (in a good and bad way). I considered talking about both endings in depth but to be honest, I suck at that and Valence already wrote the one for [C] so lets just talk about finales and endings in general.
Oh, possible spoilers if you have yet to watch the finales, so BEWARE.
