*thrashes the old post*
I was supposed to write a “12 hours of anime” on Christmas itself but I spent too much time doing irrelevant things (like drawing the above, playing Sengoku Basara and sleeping) thus, post is postphoned until I get back home from celebrating X’mas. Which should be in approximately 12 hours; perfect for the post eh? Meanwhile, wishing all a Merry Xmas and if you guys are reading this, please do go out, get a life and stop being a recluse at home.
Post after the page break~
I didn’t either.
This was just something that I did last year on my old blog/I was stuck in a writer’s block so I thought why not do this again.
teachers day happens to fall on the first Friday of every September here in Singapore and students often go all out in getting presents and stuff (like my classmate who’s baking cookies…). It is nice to show appreciation for such people once in a while. Teachers are wonderful people who dedicate their life to a stable job (here in SG anyway) in the civil service, educating the young (IMO, a lost cause). I mean would you dedicate spend your life trying to make obnoxious youngsters learn? Well, maybe p
edophiles would but anyway…
I have MOUNTAINS of homework that I’m not touching.
So here it goes, my very first post on AOIA.
The final episodes of noitaminA’s Anohana and [C]is out as we reach the end of the spring season, both finales were equally mind blowing (in a good and bad way). I considered talking about both endings in depth but to be honest, I suck at that and Valence already wrote the one for [C] so lets just talk about finales and endings in general.
Oh, possible spoilers if you have yet to watch the finales, so BEWARE.
I came across a fan translation of the rules of the Financial District over at animesuki forums and I must say that I’m impressed on how they made a rather believable battle system utilizing business ideas.
Safe for those who haven’t watched the series yet, unless you are afraid of business jargon.
Here at AOIA, we don’t have a particular theme for our writing. We just post whatever we can, whenever we can. Sometimes, we even post non-anime related stuff. But now, I’ll talk about our two shows in the most popular anime timeslot, noitaminA: [C] The Money of Soul and Possibility Control and Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.
That said, it’s come to my attention that season preview posts usually get very wordy…and very, very boring. So in an attempt to freshen things up, I’m going to take a leaf out of Canne’s book (as requested here’s your big shiny link) and write from
the perspective of someone with dissociative identity disorder multiple perspectives.
