Sequel to Black Rock Shooter announced
During Kana Hanazawa’s Q&A and Live Dubbing session at Anime Festival Asia X today, GSC president Aki Takanori (?) announced that a sequel to Black Rock Shooter will be made with Kana once again, taking the role of Kuroi Mato, better known as Black Rock Shooter. When it’ll be released, he did not say.

all while adding some extra character.

I don’t know whether it’s a OVA or TV series, but he confirmed that indeed, MUCH MORE MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE YEAR. . . . . . . . . . . . .

I think it’ll be way harder to finish making the game before the sequel though. Looks like a lot of work to be done for the rpg.
