New Railgun OVA – once again, copious amounts of Biri-biri are present

A new Railgun OVA is to be released in October. Not to be confused with the previous OAD, this will have actual animation and whatnot.

Look out for October 29 if you want to catch a glimpse. I’m looking forward to Index season 2 more than this OVA….
